My mission is to make easy transportation solutions for individuals with mobility issues or with vulnerable needs to enable them to access appointments and destinations at their convenience.
If public transport is difficult to use or inconvenient then I can help to achieve your transport requirements and if extra assistance is needed, that's not a problem either as it's all included in the service. Plus I can stay and wait at appointments if required.
You'll travel in a modern, clean and discreet vehicle whether it's for local or long distance journeys. The vehicle can accomodate up to 3 passengers plus a wheelchair user and with wide sliding doors, access to the rear cabin is easy to enter. Wheelchair users can ride along side with the rear passengers should they be accompanied with a relative or friend making it easy to socialise with.
For your peace of mind Care Connect is fully insured and being DBS checked, first aid trained and dementia friendly you will be in safe hands.
So whatever your mobility needs you can be assured you will receive a personal, friendly and safe service.
